Well. I bought and paid outright for a 2024 trial boss Colorado with 40 miles on it. I paid over $43,000 for said vehicle, with my job I get a 10%-15% discount on any and all GM products. I asked the salesman twice if i for the discount and I was told no... after digging a bit, I in fact did get a 10%-15% discount, which at the low end should have been around $4,400, on the high end it should have been arounf $6,500. So I call when I found out, the sales manager told me he gave me a supplier's discount of $2,000 which was the discount I was suppose to receive. I don't understand if alderman Chevrolet did honor the discount the prices above would have been my discount. If I have received the 10%-15% discount I would have bought the GMC AT4 or the AT4 Denali because it would have been around the same price or I would have bought the platinum service plan and possibly a $2,000 box cover and possibly a bed liner. In the future I will not bring my business to ANY Alderman dealership, I will be dissuadeing and telling WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, telling them how Aldermans Chevrolet DID NOT HONOR MY DISCOUNT I'm honestly contemplating taking advantage of the 5 day return policy. Because no matter how they try to explain it away I didn't get my 10%-15% discount. I will be calling GM customer service as well because this has 100% turned me away from this dealership or any dealership they own and or operate.

I had a LOF appointment for my car on 2/26/2025. I scheduled it for 10:30 AM. On 2/25/2025 my wife was admitted to the hospital. I needed to get the service completed because it was getting low on oil. I called the morning of 2/26/2025 to see if they could take me earlier. They told me no problem and I was able to get the service completed and back to the hospital to be with my wife. Another of the many reasons I have been dealing with Alderman's Chevrolet for over 30 years.

I gave a 4 star because i came up from Pownal, Vt to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My tires were never rotated, but they never told me why. I was waiting for someone to tell me when i cashed out, but nothing was said. I left figuring maybe in was on my paperwork, but it was not. A little disappointed that no one said anything. I think i might know why but would have liked to have heard it from them.

I called last week to have an Oil Change on my 2022 Chevy EQUINOX and brought it in on Tuesday 3/4 at 9am and they took care of everything that needed to be done as rotating the tires and Changed the oil and filled all the fluids that needed filling. Checked the air pressure as well. Everything was taken care of in about an hours time and everyone there was very friendly and courteous. I was very happy with the way I was treated.

John in the service department really went above and beyond to help me when my local dealership refused to service my EUV. John was so compassionate, helping me by phone while my car was reducing power and supporting me to get the car to Rutland from the Montpelier area where I live. The main thing I appreciate so much, was that he was so kind on the phone, staying in touch as I was trying to sort it all out. He seemed to be genuinely concerned which is so different from the treatment I received from my local dealership. He told me some very helpful short cuts to get to the dealership. Then, he set me up with another beautiful brand new Bronco EV while they fixed the problem. He also gave me a coupon for a free car wash. The whole operation at Alderman's is so professional! I am very grateful!

Two and half hours away and well worth the trip! Chris Doyle was amazing to work with. He didn't try to sell me something that I was not looking to buy. He was very professional about his work and walked beside me through every step of buying my new truck. I greatly appreciated his caring about his customers. And Dan Denton from service was amazing to work with as well!! I asked my elderly neighbor to pick me up when I dropped my 2025 64,000 truck off to have the rack put on. They called me six hours later and said they didn’t have the parts there.I brought it back three weeks later after paying 1500 for the rack alderman’s charged me another 450$ after buying 7 new trucks from them I am very disappointed.

Simply the best Chevrolet dealership I've ever dealt with, and that's about a dozen in my area. The entire dealership is fantastic. Sales, service and parts. I test drove a BlazerEV while my 2020 Bolt was getting a software upgrade. Sales and service were very accommodating and helpful. I drove an extra two hours round trip out of my way, passing a few other Chevrolet dealers, just to go to Alderman's because their service is that good!

My 2024 quite on 87 on August 7th which resulted in being towed to nearest dealer which needed a new fuel pump. Upon my return home the check engine light came on and Alderman’s quickly diagnosed the catalytic converter was damaged by the fuel pump so a new catalytic converter was ordered and installed promptly. John Miglorie took great care of me, excellent service at Alderman’s!

I was hoping to give a 5 star rating but our experience was not worthy. Here are the reasons why. We sat down with Brian on a Friday at 4 pm and made the deal. Brian was great even stayed past closing to get the deal done. And that’s where things started to go south. We were not going to be able to pick up the truck Saturday because the truck still had to go through the detail shop and Brian was busy with deliveries because starting Monday, when we picked up the truck, he was out on leave. We had an appointment at 3:30 Monday to get the truck and that appointment started out rough because the gentleman who we were supposed to meet with, had to leave at 4 for a family appointment so we were put on another salesman. So the third salesman we sat with went through the truck with us and walked us through the onstar call, which was made at closing time. He did stop once on his way out to see how the call was going then, like the rest, left the premises. Also on that Monday we did sit with finance and Mr Magro. Finance was very good but that’s where we found out that one of the accessories that we told Brian that we wanted had not been ordered because of a lot of confusion between sales and parts which meant that we had to wait another week for the accessories to be installed. Mr Magro was very good as well stopping numerous times on Friday to see how the deal was going and on Tuesday as well. On Monday after we were done with the onstar call we had noticed that there were scuff marks and scratches on the truck so we wanted to report the findings but the doors were locked and everyone had left so I had to stop by the next day to show Mr Magro and the body shop our findings. Also during the deal, my trade was gone through with, in my opinion, a fine tooth comb because we were told that we were getting X dollars for the trade because of a ding in the rocker panel that was hard to see because of where it was. We never once haggled over the price of the new truck or the trade price yet my trade was gone through, again in my opinion, with a fine toothed comb. It may sound like we are not happy with the deal or the truck, which is false. Just not happy with how some things went. Have all the above issues been resolved? Mostly. We will have to wait to see exactly what accessories were ordered, because of the communication breakdown, to see if they were the ones we had told Brian we wanted. The accessories, scratches and scuffs are going to be taken care of on Tuesday September 2. In my opinion, knowing that Brian was not going to be able to see this deal to the end, Alderman’s should have either had another salesman sit in on the deal or should have handed the deal off to another salesman. Also, in my opinion, someone should have stayed at the dealership when we picked up the truck to make sure everything went well with the onstar setup. Not that I needed a babysitter, just felt weird sitting there with onstar and the dealership emptying out because it was closing time..

Kyle, David and Chris were very helpful during the overall sales process. I'm enjoying driving the Equinox EV. Lots to learn about this vehicle. I liked the simpler keyless entry button on door handle on my 2024 gas Equinox. On the EV the passive door handle swings out and lights go on and battery usage happens just from walking through garage to go outside, when I have no intention of driving at that time. Space in garage is tight on driver side due to storage shelves. When I walk around car the swinging handles can be annoying and get in the way when I have no intention of driving. Hopefully I can turn off this AI feature. Otherwise the vehicle drives very nicely.

The quality of service was great, but I was surprised to get sold up on repairs for the Vermont State Inspection. - 30% wear remaining on rear brakes didn't feel like a non-inspection to me. - Returned to get breaks serviced for State Inspection and got charged a second time for the inspection ($59.00 two times)

I will be the first to admit that I hate car shopping. I'm picky. I have always bought used cars. However, we decided it was time for my first ever new car. First positive...They have great people that always answer the phone. No automated system. Our Salesman was Collin and he is absolutely wonderful to do business with and so knowledgeable! He had the answer for every question I asked and explained all of the "new to me" buttons and screen. The Sales managerwas super helpful. Very professional and friendly...hats off to you as well! Service Department: Since I bought my new 2026 GMC Terrain, we've been back with one of our service trucks. They were great to talk to and did a great repair job. Everyone there worked with our schedule (we own a business) and now Aldermans is our new forever go to for all our vehicle needs! We feel like we are in great hands! Friendly, professional. Only glitch was AI notifications, indicating my vehicle was ready, but there was an issue with the oil monitor light that ought to be addressed. This was confusing as my vehicle is an EV. The service person was unaware of the notification until I showed it to him on my phone. I’m smiling, knowing AI is not perfected, but this was a bit strange….

I haven't had positive experiences with Chevy installing my tires. I had no issues before my tires were swapped over but after I had a tire leaking air. I then had to pay to have an issue fixed that I believe was caused during the tire change over. It is unlikely I have my tires swapped over at Alderman's again.

This was a no stress vehicle purchasing experience. I was asked what features I wanted on my 2026 GMC Canyon and they found what I requested. At no time was the sales staff pushing extra features-they were offered and explained. At first the service person told me that my car was all done so I asked him to show me as I knew I hadn't been able to use my windshield washer fluid for a week. He showed me and said see its fixed so I then asked h I'm to do the rear wiper and he acted like he was disgusted d that I questioned it but when he did do it he saw exactly what I saw. The wiper fluid started pouring out all over the ground. Had I not questioned it he would've sent me on my way. All I ask is to be honest.

It took ~10 minutes to be acknowledged and greeted. Came in with intermittent shifting issue, and CEL. Was charged for a fuel filter, when I picked up the vehicle the CEL was still on and intermittent shift issue persists.

I like the fact that it is very easy to make or change an appointment. Upon arriving I am cordially greeted by John Miglorie who is very attentive to my needs. He is always helpful and takes his time to fully understand what I need done.
